I was responsible for the continuous e-commerce website redesign of Vape-Smart, with a focus on improving both conversion rates and SEO optimization. Using tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing, and heat maps, I closely monitored user behavior to make data-driven adjustments that enhanced the overall user experience and boosted conversion rates. This process involved creating detailed prototypes and wireframes, ensuring the site was optimized for user engagement and functionality.
In addition to the design work, I actively researched new trends and features to keep the website competitive and aligned with industry standards.
